AMAR LA SELVA - SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
At Amar La Selva, we offer a hybrid catalog. Depending on your purchase, delivery times and methods will vary. All our prices are shown in COP (Colombian Pesos).
2. TRAVEL EXPERIENCES & TOURS
  • Digital Delivery: Our tours and travel planning services do not have a physical shipping cost.
  • Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive your itinerary, vouchers, and travel guides via email within 24-48 hours. No physical items will be shipped for these services.
3. PIEL DE SELVA (SIGNATURE MERCH)
  • Processing Time: 2 to 4 business days.
  • Domestic Shipping (Colombia): 3 to 5 business days after processing.
  • Carrier: We ship via major Colombian carriers (Servientrega, Envía, or Interrapidísimo).
4. SURVIVAL KIT (GLOBAL GEAR & DROPSHIPPING)
  • Origin: These items are curated globally and shipped from international warehouses.
  • Delivery Time: 8 to 15 business days.
  • Multiple Packages: If you order Merch and Survival Kit items together, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will not be charged extra for this.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we only ship physical products within Colombia. For international inquiries regarding our Merch, please contact us at amarlaselvaecotours@gmail.com 
6. TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
